What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

What is your cancelation policy?
For reservations during April 1st - October 31st, a 72-hour notice prior to 4:00 pm on the arrival date is required to cancel without penalty. For reservations during November 1st - March 31st, a 1-day notice prior to 4:00 pm on the arrival date is required to cancel without penalty.

What are the dining options?
The Pool Shack: Open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, The Pool Shack will keep you refreshed with a selection of cocktails and snacks, perfect for fueling your getaway.
B-Side Café: Start your morning right with freshly made custom creations and classic coffee favorites, available every day to give your day the boost it needs.
Nomi Park: Our full-service restaurant offers a wide array of fan-favorite dishes, all served with a unique Newport twist, making it the perfect spot for a memorable meal.

Do you allow dogs?
We are happy to welcome your dogs and offer a variety of dog-friendly amenities. We charge $50 per night for up to two dogs.

What is included within the $25 urban destination fee?
Our Urban Destination Fee is $25 per room, per night, and includes a variety of thoughtful amenities such to enhance your stay. Enjoy loaner bicycles for island exploration, convenient onsite bike and vehicle parking, and EV charging stations. Stay active with 24-hour access to our fitness center, and take advantage of our onsite self-laundry facility and filtered drinking water stations.
Relax with seasonal pool perks, and experience the comfort of luxury bedding, premium toiletries, and locally inspired artwork throughout the property. Plus, enjoy our Neighborhood Perks, featuring exclusive discounts to local services, activities, and attractions.

What happens if I cut my trip short?
Please note that any early departures will be charged an additional 1 nights room plus tax.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?
Yes. Every room is priced for up to two occupants. You will be charged $20 for every guests over two per room.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. We require the guest be above the age of 21 to check-in.

Are there ADA accessible rooms?
Yes. We have ADA accessible rooms in both standard and suite style rooms. Visit our ADA accessibility and features page to learn more about what ADA features we offer.

When does your Pool Open?
Wayfinders fun in the sun deck & pool area will be available in May with our fresh water pool accessible starting June 1st from 8 am – 7 pm
For guests safety pool will close when lightening is detected in the area but food & drinks offerings will remain available.

How far is downtown Newport?
Our central location is convenient to all attractions of the island including only 1.5 miles to the areas Visitors Center located in Downtown Newport.

Do I have to pay for parking?
No. This is included in the Urban Destination Fee.
