We're delighted you're staying with us in one of our pet-friendly rooms. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines for your stay:

  • Pet Fee: A fee of $50 per night (up to two dogs) will be added to your room rate.
  • Pet Limit: To keep things comfortable, we allow a maximum of two pets per room.
  • Leash Policy: When outside your guest room, dogs must remain on a leash at all times and are only permitted in the designated pet area.
  • Clean-Up Responsibility: Please clean up after your pets using the pick-up bags provided in the pet area. This ensures a clean and healthy environment for everyone and complies with local laws.
  • Public Area Restrictions: Due to Rhode Island Department of Health regulations, only verified service animals are allowed in public areas such as dining spaces, the pool, meeting rooms, the fitness room, laundry facilities, and non-pet-friendly guest rooms.
  • Noise Policy: Excessive barking or whining that disturbs other guests may lead to:
    1. Room relocation after two complaints.
    2. Cancellation of your reservation on the third complaint. In this case, you’ll need to arrange alternative accommodations. Charges will include nights stayed, the current night’s room rate, and tax. Additional fees may apply if guest disruptions require compensation.
  • Unattended Pets: For the safety of your pet and the comfort of others, pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Please provide a valid contact number and ensure it is monitored at all times.
  • Cleaning and Damage Fees: Additional fees may apply for significant cleaning needs or damages that result in lost revenue.

By signing our pet agreement, you acknowledge and accept these policies, including responsibility for any property damage or personal injury caused by your pet.
